What is Facity?
Facity is a fintech startup that aims to improve the lives of Nigerian students through financial inclusion and career empowerment.
Is Facity only for Students?
Facity is a fintech platform designed for students, but external vendors can also create accounts to provide services to students. However, they only have access to the vendor features of the platform.
What do I need to set up an account on the platform?
You can set up a student, vendor account, or both for student entrepreneurs. To set up your Facity account, you’ll need a working smartphone (Android or iOS), a Nigerian phone number, BVN, Internet connection and a Bank account.
What are EduPoints?
EduPoint is a credit score on the Facity app that can be redeemed for various benefits and also to access credits after long accumulation
Is there a referral program?
There is a referral program that rewards you with points for referring your fellow students.
How do I send money?
You can send money to any bank in Nigeria or to another Facity user with their Wallet ID. Click on ‘Send’ from your homepage and follow the prompts.
How can I fund my Facity Wallet?
You will get assigned a virtual account number to fund your wallet. Just send money to that account number from a regular bank app and the funds will be reflected in your Facity Wallet
